Can I receive a quote before I order?

Of course! Whether you need a quote or are ready to place an order, there’s no easier, faster way than on the product page itself! Click “Add to Quote” while you shop on each product’s page. Then “View Quote” to review all the items you added. If this does not fit your situation and require additional help, please get in touch with us, and we will take care of whatever you need. How do I check my order status?

Check your order status online anytime by logging into your Buy Supply account and viewing "My Orders" or Contact Sales directly. You'll also receive email updates if your order status changes. We process most orders and quote requests within one business day. Products typically get shipped within 24-48 hours, but this varies depending on the manufacturer, location, and situation.

How long does it take to ship a product?

We can usually process orders or quote requests within 24-48 hours of placement. Or confirmation will typically be sent as soon as we confirm stock availability. You will then receive your shipment of supplies directly from the manufacturer. Shipping and delivery times depend on the method selected and the custom processes per vendor, casing, freight, or LTL requirements.

How do I cancel an item from my order?

You can cancel items from orders that haven’t yet shipped by request. Simply, Contact Sales.

Returns & Cancellations?

At Buy Supply, our relationships with our customers are the most important thing to us. Whenever possible, we go out of our way to be flexible, reasonable, and understanding when handling returns. Our return policy varies depending on the supplier and even the relevant category or product type, so please ask us if you have any specific questions about particular items. Freight damage and claims are handled according to the rules of the carrier and the Uniform Commercial Code. Generally, if you have a concern with a product that has been shipped to you, document and share with us as much as possible. For example, please take a photo and make a note on the receiving paperwork. Then, reach out to us using this form, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.


How do I find a specific product online?

Finding products at is seamless. You can browse by item category, brand name or simply search for an item in the search bar. If you know the manufacturer's part number or similar information, you can try searching this way as well. You can browse by item category, subcategory, or brand name as well. If you don’t carry a specific product or brand, can I request it?

Absolutely. Contact Us to request a particular product or brand, and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Do you price match?

Sometimes! It depends on the item and the situation, but we want our pricing to be competitive and awesome. Contact us here and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Why do I have to pay for freight/shipping?

Freight is never really “free.” If you are being charged nothing for freight on its own, you can be assured that the freight cost is included in the price you are paying for the product itself. At Buy Supply, we believe transparency regarding shipping and freight is to both of our advantages. We don’t markup freight or make money from shipping. We pass on our narrow rates to you directly. If you prefer to use your carrier or shipping account, we can accommodate.
