The Bishamon® EZ Loader® self-leveling pallet carousel positioner is an ergonomic tool designed for pallet-positioning and pallet-leveling needs, automatically adjusting to keep the top of the load at a convenient working height using a Firestone Airstroke™ actuator pneumatic support system. It is totally self-contained and does not require a constant air source, needing only an initial air pressure of 60 PSI. The device features a three-position EZ adjust knob that allows adjustment of the collapsed capacity up to 1200 lbs. without changing air pressure, and it is forkliftable for easy positioning throughout the workplace. The package includes a built-in air gauge and pressure relief valve. The rotating ring minimizes worker movement to increase productivity and reduce injuries from bending and reaching. The positioner measures 49"L x 24-5/16"W at the base with a 43" outside diameter turntable, and has a lowered height of 10-1/2" and a raised height of 30-1/2". It is CE marked under Machinery Directive (2006/42/EC) and comes with a 1-year limited warranty.
