Howard 12 oz. Cutting Board Oil contains food grade mineral oil stabilized with Vitamin E. The cutting board oil meets FDA requirements for food contact surfaces and is safe for all food preparation surfaces. It is tasteless and will never go rancid unlike plant-based oils. This product will season cutting boards, butcher blocks and wooden utensils. The mineral oil is from virgin mineral oils and has no contact with nuts or gluten or other potentially allergenic materials either in production, storage, or transport.
