The single depth carton flow shelving with three levels measures 96"W x 36"D x 84"H and is designed to improve inventory control efficiency. Its unique gravity flow design slides cartons to the front for easy access, loading from the back to ensure first-in, first-out inventory management. Cartons are transported on roller tracks made of U-shaped galvanized steel channels with plastic wheels, supporting 50 lbs. per foot. Adjustable box guide rails run horizontally between each pair of roller tracks, and beams are vertically adjustable on 1.5" centers to accommodate varying carton sizes. Each gravity flow storage level includes four pairs of roller tracks, five box guide rails, and one cross support. The racks feature a 5/8" thick particle board top storage level capable of supporting up to 1000 lbs. The shelving unit has a gray baked enamel finish and offers easy assembly.
