The single depth carton flow shelving system features four levels measuring 96"W x 36"D x 84"H, designed to improve inventory control efficiency with a unique gravity flow design that slides cartons to the front for easy access. Cartons are loaded from the back to ensure first-in, first-out inventory management. Roller tracks, made of U-shaped galvanized steel channels with plastic wheels, support 50 lbs. per foot. Box guide rails, used between each pair of roller tracks, can be adjusted horizontally, while beams can be adjusted vertically to accommodate various carton sizes. Storage shelf levels are adjustable on 1.5" centers to provide height flexibility. Each gravity flow storage level includes four pairs of roller tracks, five box guide rails, and one cross support. The racks also feature a 5/8" thick particle board top storage level supporting up to 1000 lbs. The shelving has a gray baked enamel finish and is designed for easy assembly.
