The SC Preferredon® wire shelving add-on unit measures 48"W x 18"D x 74"H and is designed to expand existing shelving to maximize storage space. The kit includes 2 posts with leveling feet, 4 reinforced shelves featuring welded surface ribs for added strength, snap-on sleeves, and S-hooks for joining units. The open wire design enhances air and light circulation while minimizing dust accumulation, and the shelves can be easily adjusted at 1" increments without tools. The shelving has a SC Preferredon® blue metallic finish suitable for extreme wet, hot, or cold environments, enhanced with Nex Gard®, an anti-microbial agent that protects the epoxy coating from bacteria, mold, and mildew that cause odors and product degradation. This shelving system is NSF approved for wet or dry use and comes with a limited lifetime warranty against rust and corrosion.
