The unit features X-shaped anti-sway braces that provide more support on uneven floors than regular lateral braces and increase rigidity, with braces covering the perimeter of the rack rather than aligning at a single point. Shelves are made from roll-formed steel with integral box beam reinforced front and rear edges to enhance load capacity and are adjustable on 1" centers. The posts are rib-reinforced 14-gauge 1" x 2" steel, phosphatized to prevent corrosion and ensure maximum paint adhesion, finished with a durable gray baked-on enamel.
