The double depth carton flow shelving unit features five levels measuring 96"W x 72"D x 84"H designed to enhance inventory control efficiency through a unique gravity flow system that slides cartons to the front for easy access and loads from the back to ensure first-in, first-out inventory management. The carton transport system operates on roller tracks made of U-shaped galvanized steel channels with plastic wheels supporting 50 lbs./ft. Box guide rails, adjustable horizontally, and beams adjustable vertically accommodate varying carton sizes. Storage shelf levels can be adjusted on 1.5" centers for height flexibility, with box guide rails installed between each pair of roller tracks. Each gravity flow storage level includes four pairs of roller tracks with five box guide rails and one cross support, and additional roller tracks can be added depending on carton size. The racks include a 5/8" thick particle board top storage level supporting up to 1000 lbs. The double-depth units consist of two single units bolted front-to-back to offer greater carton capacity and come finished in gray baked enamel. The shelving system allows for easy assembly.
