The SC Preferred 5 Shelf Heavy Duty Boltless Shelving Starter with laminate decking is designed to maximize storage areas with a maximum storage weight of 1500 lbs. per level. It features durable and adaptable storage suitable for retail, industrial, and commercial spaces. The open shelves are adjustable at 1" increments, allowing for flexible arrangement, and the shelving is easy to assemble without bolts, nuts, or clips required, utilizing snap-in components. The sturdy roll-formed steel framing provides maximum support, with double rivet button stud construction locking perimeter beams into corner posts to form a structurally secure joint, eliminating back and side sway. Each starter unit includes rugged 2" x 1" 14 gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams adjustable vertically in 1" increments. The chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish and stain-resistant, easy-to-clean white laminated melamine surface decking measures 1/2" thick with pre-cut square edging.
