The SC Preferred 5 Shelf Heavy Duty Boltless Shelving Starter with laminate decking is designed to maximize storage areas in retail, commercial, and industrial environments, supporting a maximum storage weight of 1800 lbs. per level. It features durable and adaptable open shelves adjustable at 1" increments to fit various heights, widths, and depths. The unit includes rugged 2" x 1", 14 gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams that lock perimeter beams into corner posts, providing a structurally secure joint that eliminates back and side sway. The chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish enhances durability, while the 1/2" thick, stain-resistant, easy-to-clean white laminated melamine surface decking comes with pre-cut square edging. The open design allows four-sided access, and assembly is easy with snap-in components requiring no bolts, nuts, or clips.
