The 48" wide by 30" deep adjustable height workbench features c-channel legs and a gray powder-coated steel frame with a conductive white plastic top that is 1-1/4" thick and has a square edge. Designed to protect equipment from harmful static, the ESD plastic surface dissipates a 5000-volt static charge in 0.01 seconds with a surface resistance of 10¹⁰ ohms, complying with MIL-B81705B and methods 101B, 101C, and 4046. This properly grounded work surface rapidly bleeds off static build-up to prevent damage to sensitive electronic circuitry during assembly. The bench is easy to clean with soap and water. The adjustable height legs have removable duplex knockouts on the front and rear, allowing installation of either a hard-wired electrical outlet or an optional plug-in outlet that screws into place without wiring. Leg height can be adjusted in 1-1/2" increments. The bench stringer includes mounting hardware for assembling the legs to the bench top.
