The Standard Lockout Center - LOB1Y protects personnel and equipment from accidents and features a rugged 0.125" plexiglass panel designed for wall mounting and displaying essential lockout devices to control access. This model includes eight replaceable plastic hooks and a clear plastic pocket, making it suitable for smaller operations or for placing multiple lockout stations throughout larger areas. The kit contains six 3/4" shackle color-coded padlocks, one 1" diameter safety lockout, one 1-1/2" diameter safety lockout, and a pack of ten lockout tags.
