The workbench features a square-edge stainless steel worktop by John Boos & Co., measuring 48"W x 30"D, designed with a high weight capacity to handle most projects and tasks. The work surface consists of a 1-1/2" thick particle board core with a phenolic backer, enclosed within a 16 gauge Type 304 stainless steel top with a standard square edge, suitable for clean rooms and food service applications. The adjustable-height C-channel legs are constructed from all welded steel channel, undercoated to resist rust, and finished with a gray powder coat. These legs include removable duplex knockouts on the front and rear to allow installation of either a hard-wired electrical outlet or an optional plug-in outlet that screws in easily without wiring. The bench stringer includes mounting hardware for assembling the legs to the bench top, and leg height adjusts in 1-1/2" increments.
