Reinforced walls add strength and rigidity and a wide top ledge permits stable, higher stacking. Constructed of water and corrosion-proof polypropylene, the bins withstand freezers and autoclaves with temperatures ranging from -40°F to 250°F. They are made from FDA compliant resin and colorant. The design includes a full-width hanger lip for use with louvers below, an anti-slide stop to prevent shifting when stacked, and slotted label holders for easy identification of contents. Dimensions are nominal, and due to the plastic construction, bins have a tolerance of +/- 0.030.
