The designed mini lockout center protects personnel and equipment from accidents and includes a .125 Plexiglas board with provisions for wall mounting. It features 8 replaceable plastic hooks and a clear plastic pocket, making it ideal for smaller operations or for placing multiple lockout stations throughout large areas. The kit includes (6) 3/4" shackle color-coded padlocks, (1) 1" diameter safety lockout, (1) 1-1/2" diameter safety lockout, and (1) package of 10 lockout tags.
