The Lookout Tagout Station - LOC1 is designed to protect personnel from accidents and prevent unwanted equipment operation. It features a white powder coat finished metal cabinet with two adjustable shelves and provisions for wall mounting. Safety tips are conveniently located on the inside door to provide frequent reminders of lockout procedures. The kit includes six padlocks, ten lockout tags with fasteners, two lockout hasps, one large electrical plug lockout, one small electrical plug lockout, one large valve lockout, one small valve lockout, one single pole circuit breaker lockout for breakers requiring a recessed hole, one single pole circuit breaker lockout for breakers not requiring a recessed hole, and two double circuit breaker lockouts.
