The Industrial Gantry Crane is designed for portability and flexibility, featuring an I-beam mounting plate for quick setup. Constructed from heavy-duty steel with a chip-resistant enamel finish, it is suitable for both indoor and outdoor use in environments such as warehouses or machine shops. The crane is equipped with four 8-inch phenolic wheel 4-position swivel lock casters, facilitating easy movement between work areas. It telescopes in 6-inch height increments and can be adjusted using a forklift or optional lever ratchets for one-person operation. The height is measured from the underside of the I-beam to the floor. It is important to note that the crane should be used solely for lifting loads, and all gantries require frequent inspections to ensure safe operation. Final testing and inspection responsibilities rest with the end user after the crane is fully assembled, in accordance with ASME B30.17 standards.
