The industrial gantry crane is designed for portability and offers more flexibility than permanent cranes. It features an I-beam mounting plate design for quick setup and is constructed from heavy-duty steel with a chip-resistant enamel finish, making it suitable for both warehouse and machine shop use, indoors or outdoors. The crane is equipped with four 8" phenolic wheel 4-position swivel lock casters for easy movement between work areas. It telescopes in 6" height increments, which can be adjusted using a forklift or with optional lever ratchets for one-person adjustment. It is important to note that the crane should be used solely for lifting loads, with height measured from the underside of the I-beam to the floor. Additionally, all gantries should be inspected frequently to ensure safe operation, and final testing and inspection are the responsibility of the end user after final assembly is completed.
