The industrial gantry crane is designed for portability and offers more flexibility than permanent cranes, featuring an I-beam mounting plate design for quick set-up. Constructed with heavy-duty steel and finished with a chip-resistant enamel, it is suitable for use in warehouses or machine shops, both indoors and outdoors. The crane is equipped with four 8" phenolic wheel 4-position swivel lock casters that facilitate movement between work areas. It allows height adjustment in 6" increments, which can be accomplished using a forklift or with optional lever ratchets for single-person operation. Height is measured from the underside of the I-beam to the floor. It is important to note that all gantries should be inspected frequently to ensure safe operation, with final testing and inspection left to the end user after the assembly is completed.
