The industrial gantry crane is designed for portability, offering greater flexibility compared to permanent cranes. It features an I-beam mounting plate design that allows for quick setup and is constructed from heavy-duty steel with a chip-resistant enamel finish, making it suitable for both warehouse and machine shop environments, whether indoors or outdoors. This crane includes four 8" phenolic wheel 4-position swivel lock casters for easy movement between work areas. The height of the crane can be adjusted in increments of 6" using a forklift or with optional lever ratchets, allowing for single-person adjustment. It is important to note that the crane is intended solely for lifting loads, and the height is measured from the underside of the I-beam to the floor. All gantries should be inspected frequently to ensure safe operation, and final testing and inspection should be conducted by the end user after the final assembly is complete, in accordance with ASME B30.17 standards.
