The Adjustable Height Aluminum Gantry Crane features a dimensional specification of 12'W x 10'-12'6"H and is equipped with pneumatic casters capable of supporting loads up to 1500 lb. Constructed from high-strength, corrosion-resistant all-aluminum, this gantry crane is suitable for both outdoor use and wet environments. Its lightweight construction ensures easy mobility, allowing for height adjustments in 6" increments without the need for a forklift. The design includes pin connectors and an I-beam mounting plate for single-person setup, enabling disassembly in minutes. The package includes two straps for convenient transport, and the crane has a base depth of 54", complemented by four 4-position swivel lock full pneumatic wheels that are appropriate for dirt or gravel surfaces. It is important to note that the height is measured from the underside of the I-beam to the floor, and safe operation necessitates frequent inspection of all gantries. Final testing and inspection responsibility is placed on the end user after the completion of final assembly, in accordance with ASME B30.17 guidelines.
