The PrestoLifts™ pallet carousel turntable and skid positioner is an automatic load leveler designed to build or break down pallet loads with minimal bending or reaching. This self-leveling positioner automatically maintains the pallet at a consistently comfortable work height by using a combination of a permanently mounted spring and a reinforced rubber airbag, ensuring ergonomic height as layers of product are added or removed, thereby increasing productivity. The airbag is fully protected against accidental puncture and the system is fully self-contained, requiring no constant air source. It is charged via a single air connection with an initial air pressure requirement of 7 to 62 psi. Integral fork pockets allow easy forklift movement, and the package includes an air pressure gauge and relief valve. The unit supports a load capacity ranging from 400 lbs. minimum to 4500 lbs. maximum. The wide, free-standing base features fork pockets for easy relocation and does not require floor anchoring. The carousel has a 43-5/8" outside diameter, with a lowered height of 9-1/2" and a raised height of 27-3/4". The product comes with a limited lifetime warranty on the airbag and a 2-year limited warranty overall.
