This lightweight and portable hand-operated lift truck features a counterbalanced style with an adjustable straddle width ranging from 21-1/2" to 36-1/2" inside dimension and 28-1/4" to 43-1/4" outside dimension. The compact lift truck is designed to lift materials to and from shelves, move office equipment, and install ceiling and wall appliances, making it ideal for use in aisles and congested areas where larger equipment cannot operate. It rolls through standard doorways in the upright position without needing to be tilted back. The upper handle rollers facilitate loading the truck onto its back for easy transport in vans or pickups. The frame is constructed of durable steel combined with lightweight aluminum, and it includes 4"W x 1" thick steel forks measuring 20" wide by 22" long overall. The forks can be inverted to provide two different lift heights. Operation is by a hand-crank winch equipped with a folding handle and a hold-down device to secure the carriage during transport. The unit rolls easily on 8" non-marking rubber rear wheels and 2" front swivel casters. The counterbalanced design allows close approach to loads without the legs interfering with work surfaces.
