The Pallet Turntable & Skid Carousel is designed to enhance productivity while minimizing muscle strain associated with stretching and reaching over loads. It features precision anti-friction ball bearings that facilitate 360-degree pallet rotation by a single operator. With a low profile height of 7/8 inches, it allows for easy pallet truck access, enabling efficient load transfer without the need for a pit. The unit includes a lock to prevent unwanted rotation and is constructed from strong steel with a chip-resistant finish, making it suitable for use throughout the plant without the necessity of lagging to the floor. The system has a Spin Force capacity of 4000 lbs., with an initial load of 35 lbs. required to start the rotation and a maintenance load of 25 lbs.
