The sump pump kit includes a top suction, durable cast iron 1/2 HP primary pump equipped with a vertical float switch for automatic operation, and a high flow, corrosion-resistant battery back-up pump featuring a reliable user-adjustable reed float switch, battery box, and charger. It comes with two heavy-duty check valves and is pre-assembled and preset to facilitate quick installation with a simple drop-in process, designed specifically for sump basins with a diameter of 15 inches or larger. The primary pump (model CDU800) operates at 120 volts with a maximum flow rate of 4200 gallons per hour and performs at 3150 GPH at 10 feet of discharge lift, with an approximate "on" level at 9 inches and an "off" level at 4 inches. The 12-volt back-up pump (model ESP25) provides a maximum flow rate of 3300 gallons per hour and 2300 GPH at 10 feet of discharge lift.
