The optional communicator is a highly advanced hand-held remote designed to define the function and manage the operation of one or more EDXtreme dynamometers using both wired and radio technologies. It features RF communication capabilities of up to 800 ft and can communicate with up to 15 EDXtremes simultaneously. The intuitive bright display allows users to view individual EDX readings as well as the total/sum, facilitating efficient monitoring of multiple dynamometers within the same airspace. Additionally, the communicator operates on four alkaline "AA" batteries and is ergonomically designed to fit comfortably in the hand. An optional RS-232 interface is available for exporting data to a PC, printer, or remote display.
