The Server Signature Touch™ topping warmer is designed for convenient topping and platescaping, featuring a drop-in bottle holder for safe heating while keeping toppings easily accessible. This thermostatically controlled warmer holds products at serving temperature in a dry vessel and includes a stainless steel topping warmer and squeeze bottle holder for durability and longevity. The built-in thermostat effectively senses food temperature, automatically turning the heating element on or off to prevent burning or scorching. The warmer's base can be adapted to accept a #10 can or a stainless steel jar (#242813) for pumping or ladling heated toppings simply by removing the drop-in squeeze bottle holder, allowing for versatile use as a topping warmer with pump (#242764) or a warmer with lid and ladle (#242776). Note that the can or jar is not included.
