The Heavy Duty Panel Fans feature a 16" diameter design and operate on a single-phase 240V power supply. These multifunctional fans are suitable for use as either exhaust fans or fresh air intake and can be mounted in walls in both horizontal and vertical orientations. They are commonly utilized in agricultural settings such as greenhouses, as well as in pork, dairy, and poultry houses, alongside industrial applications including factories and buildings. Engineered for continuous operation in highly corrosive environments, these speed-controllable fans are rated for outdoor use and wet applications. The robust construction includes glass-filled, high-impact polypropylene fan blades powered by a washdown, severe duty ball bearing motor, which is sealed to Class F insulation standards and features automatic thermal protection for low maintenance. The motor is encased in die-cast aluminum and includes a labyrinth seal to prevent moisture ingress. Additionally, fan supports are designed to absorb sound and vibration, ensuring low noise operation. The vacuum-formed, heavy-duty fiberglass frame is complemented by corrosion-resistant wire guards for safety, and the unit is UL507 certified for outdoor use as well as C-UL recognized. The fans come with a 3-year limited warranty, and the horsepower rating is based on maximum speed/load.
