The pneumatic strap sealer is a pressure type sealer designed to tighten and seal economical polypropylene strapping around packages or bundles. It utilizes an overlapped polyester band welded by heat pressure in approximately 2 to 5 seconds. With a lightweight build for easy maneuverability, it operates with straps that are 3/4" to 1" wide and have a thickness of .02 to .04 inches. The sealer requires an air filter regulator, a minimum hose inside diameter of 1/4", and operates efficiently with an air pressure range of 72 to 100 PSI.
