Heavy duty lab benches are constructed with thick framing and reinforcement for superior strength, featuring a sturdy four-leg design that provides stability. The stainless steel top is made from 16 gauge Type 304 stainless steel, 1-1/2" thick, with both front and rear having an eased edge while the side edges are square. The tabletop is reinforced with a 4" high perimeter around the frame, allowing the operator to sit at either side. The legs are made from heavy 2" x 2" x 16 gauge steel tube with a high-quality paint finish and include PVC boots to protect the station during cleanups. The bench supports a weight capacity of 1,000 lb and measures 60" long, 30" wide, and 30" high. Optional accessories sold separately include casters, foot rest, light fixture, and steel cabinets. For cleaning the stainless steel work surface, alcohol solutions with at least 70% alcohol are recommended.
