The Self-Dumping Plastic Forklift Hopper features a forkliftable design for easy transport and elevated dumping, allowing one operator to efficiently move and dump large loads. Constructed from rugged, smooth, and seamless molded polyethylene, the body is resistant to rust, dents, and corrosion, and can be easily cleaned with high-pressure water or steam. A simple pull release safety latch controls the dumping process, with the hopper able to tilt up to 40° below horizontal to ensure complete content discharge, automatically returning to an upright position for the next load. The hopper is supported by a durable all-welded tubular steel frame and includes fork pockets for easy handling. It is important to note that OSHA requires contacting the manufacturer of the fork truck for written approval when using any truck attachments.
