The self-dumping plastic forklift hopper features a forkliftable design for easy transporting and elevated dumping, allowing one operator to move and dump large loads effortlessly. Constructed from rugged, smooth, and seamless molded polyethylene, the body of the hopper is resistant to rusting, denting, and corrosion, and can be easily cleaned with high-pressure water or steam. The hopper includes a simple pull release safety latch to control the dump process and is capable of tilting up to 40° below horizontal for effective dumping of all contents, automatically returning to an upright position for the next load. It has a durable all-welded tubular steel frame with fork pockets and is equipped with a caster base that rolls smoothly on 6" mold-on rubber wheels for enhanced maneuverability. Note that OSHA requires contacting the manufacturer of the forklift for written approval regarding the use of any forklift attachments.
