The self-dumping plastic forklift hopper is designed for easy transportation and elevated dumping, allowing one operator to efficiently move and dump large loads. It features a rugged, seamless molded polyethylene body that resists rust, dents, and corrosion, and can be easily cleaned with high-pressure water or steam. The hopper is equipped with a simple pull release safety latch that controls the dump process, tilting up to 40° below horizontal to ensure complete content removal, and returning automatically to an upright position for subsequent loads. Its durable all-welded tubular steel frame includes fork pockets, and the hopper is mounted on a caster base with six 6" mold-on rubber wheels, enhancing maneuverability. Compliance with OSHA regulations necessitates obtaining written approval from the fork truck manufacturer for the use of any fork truck attachments.
