Each unit is battery operated, requiring 4 alkaline D batteries (not included) for long-term operation and includes a low battery indicator light. It is easy to reload and holds towel rolls of any leading brand up to 800 feet long by 8 inches wide. The dispenser measures 11-1/4 inches wide by 9-1/4 inches deep by 15 inches high.
