Waterhog Max Herringbone entrance mats are constructed from 100% post-consumer recycled PET polyester reclaimed from plastic bottles. These entrance mats feature a needle punched surface with a rubber reinforced face pattern, and the top fabric is crafted using recycled polyester highlighted by a herringbone design for an appealing look. The backing consists of SBR rubber, incorporating 15% post-consumer recycled tires, and features a smooth back for stability. With a thickness of 3/8", these mats utilize a rubber reinforced bi-level cleaning surface that effectively captures dirt and moisture at the entrance. They also include a beveled black rubber border to enhance safety. The mats meet the federal flammability standard DOC FF 1-70 and are compliant with ANSI ESD S7.1 for electrostatic discharge protection. Additionally, they are certified by the NFSI and are part of the US Green Building Council. The mats are available in cut lengths up to 720", with pricing calculated per linear foot. For orders in linear feet, the quantity should be entered in the "quantity" box, while the length should be specified in the "length" box, accounting for potential tolerances on cut mats. Custom cut lengths are available upon request, but all custom cut mats are non-returnable and non-cancellable.
