The Surface Mount Flexible Stakes stand at 36 inches in height and are specifically designed for use in high traffic areas and locations susceptible to impacts. These stakes feature a rugged hinge that allows them to bend and flex at the base, effectively absorbing impacts. They are capable of withstanding numerous impacts of up to 80 MPH and can endure up to 75 hits at speeds of 55 MPH. Constructed from extruded polycarbonate, the hollow stake measures 3-1/8 inches in width and has a 3-1/4 inch convex bulge on both sides. The stakes are supported by an 8-inch diameter black ABS plastic base, which can be mounted on any hard surface, including concrete, asphalt, and wood (note that mounting hardware is not included). Additionally, the stakes can accommodate up to 2 optional self-adhesive reflectors, one on each side, to enhance visibility. This product is FAA approved and features easy assembly.
