Eagle's 30 gallon, self-closing, aerosol can storage paint and ink safety cabinet is constructed of 18-gauge (1 mm) steel with reinforced double-wall construction featuring a 1-1/2 in (3.8 cm) air space on the sides, top, bottom, back, and doors. The cabinet includes extra adjustable shelves that are supported by four brackets and have a safe allowable load of 350 lbs (159 kg) uniform distributed load, with shelf brackets spaced on 3 in (7.6 cm) centers. It has a high-gloss, lead-free, baked-on powder finish with red trilingual warning labels, continuous piano hinges, a ground connection, four adjustable galvanized leveling legs, and a 2 in (5.1 cm) raised, leakproof door sill that directs spills to a leakproof sump at the bottom and back. The unit is designed with two 2 in (5.1 cm) threaded internal vents each equipped with a fire baffle and cap. Door features include a flush-mounted handle with key lock, a three-point stainless steel bullet latching system, self-closing doors with 135° opening, a concealed self-close mechanism to maintain unobstructed access to the top shelf, and self-indexing doors to ensure sequential, tight closure from top to bottom. The cabinet includes wall-mounting brackets to prevent tipping and is FM-Approved, meeting NFPA Code 30 and OSHA requirements. Its internal dimensions are 39.5"W x 8.562"D x 60.5"H.
