Eagle's 30 gallon manual close aerosol can storage paint and ink safety cabinets are constructed of 18-gauge (1 mm) steel with reinforced double wall construction featuring a 1-1/2 in (3.8 cm) air space on the sides, top, bottom, back, and doors. The cabinet includes a lead-free, high-gloss, baked-on powder finish with red trilingual warning labels, grounding attachment, continuous piano hinges, flush-mounted door handle with key lock, and a three-point stainless steel bullet latching system. The doors have a 2 in (5.1 cm) raised leakproof sill and close manually with a 180° opening. Two 2 in (5.1 cm) internal vents each have threaded fittings with a fire baffle and cap. The patented adjustable galvanized steel shelves are supported by four brackets on 3 in (7.6 cm) centers, each holding a safe allowable load of 350 lbs (159 kg) uniform distributed load directed to the back and bottom of the leakproof sump. The cabinet includes four adjustable galvanized leveling legs and wall-mounting brackets to prevent tipping. The internal dimensions are 39.5"W x 8.562"D x 60.5"H. Cabinets are FM-approved and comply with NFPA Code 30 and OSHA requirements. Some local regulations may require self-closing doors, whereas this cabinet features manual close doors.
