Portable stack racks with wood deck stacking storage racks offer a practical solution for pallet storage or can function as a pallet themselves. Designed for portability, these racks feature a base that allows 4-way forklift access, even when loaded. Capable of supporting up to 4,000 lb., they are constructed from 1-1/4" x 2-1/4" x 10 gauge tubular steel and can be stacked up to 6 units high, effectively preventing load-on-load contact that can damage products, which is common with standard pallet racks. The stackable storage racks have a 4-1/2" under clearance and come equipped with a base, 4 posts, and 6" W x 1" thick pine planks for a solid base surface. Assembly is straightforward, with posts snapping into sockets on the base without the need for tools. The racks are finished in green enamel and are also referred to as "stackable pallet racks."
