Portable stack racks with wood deck stacking storage racks offer an economical alternative to pallet racks and are designed for forkliftable storage. Each rack accepts pallet storage or can function as a pallet itself, featuring a base that allows 4-way forklift access for enhanced portability even when loaded. With a load capacity of 4000 lb., these racks are constructed from 1-1/4" x 2-1/4" x 10 gauge tubular steel and allow for stacking up to 6 units high. The design eliminates load-on-load contact, reducing the risk of product-crushing damage that can occur with standard pallet racks, and includes 4-1/2" under clearance. The wood deck racks come with a base, 4 posts, and 6" W x 1" thick pine planks for a stable closed base surface. Assembly is straightforward, as the posts snap into sockets on the base without the need for tools. The racks are finished with a green enamel coating, and they are also referred to as "stackable pallet racks."
