SC Preferredite® shelving units feature a sturdy frame and posts with a SC Preferredon® finish and polymer composition shelf mats designed in a modular style for easy removal and cleaning. The vented open grid surface of the shelves is smooth and crevice-free, made of polymer material that will never dent, chip, rust, or corrode. The unit provides complete access and superior ventilation with an open design on all four sides and includes 4 posts with leveling feet, 4 plastic mat shelves, and plastic snap-on sleeves to secure the shelves to the posts. Shelves are easily adjustable without tools at 1" increments. The epoxy coating is protected by Nex Gard®, an anti-microbial agent that guards against bacteria, mold, and mildew causing odors and product degradation. The shelving unit is NSF approved for wet or dry use and comes with a limited lifetime warranty against rust and corrosion.
