This semi-automatic stretch wrap system allows simplified pallet wrapping, featuring adjustable film stretch and film force on your load with the turn of a knob. The stretch wrap machine operates in 2 modes: spiral and spiral with up and down wrapping, and supports a capacity of 4,000 lb. It is powered by a 115V, 15 amp motor that adjusts from 0-12 RPM. The system includes an information screen that displays operation and diagnostic data, along with an emergency stop knob for safety. A photo eye sensor determines load height, while top and bottom counters enhance load stability. The system offers a wrap height mast of 110 inches.
