The Eagle column protector measures 24 inches high and is yellow with a model number 1724-8, designed with an 8-inch column opening. Mini column protectors provide warehouse and factory protection, including under fire extinguishers, by absorbing impacts from tow motors and minimizing damage to columns and fork trucks. These column guards can absorb impacts from fork trucks weighing up to 8,500 pounds at speeds of 5 mph. Made from blow-molded, 100% high-density polyethylene, they feature key-locks to prevent slippage and assist with installation alignment. The protector consists of two halves that attach with easy-to-use straps, requiring no tools for installation. These models accommodate 6-inch, 8-inch, 10-inch, and 12-inch round or square columns.
