The Justrite® flammable cabinet is a compact safety storage solution with a 4-gallon capacity and a self-close single door designed for storing flammable liquids safely in limited spaces. Constructed from double-walled 18-gauge all-welded steel with a 1 1/2" insulating air space, it features dual 2" vents for connection to an exhaust system and a 2" leak-proof doorsill. The cabinet includes 350 lb capacity galvanized steel shelves that adjust at 3" increments, featuring a spill-slope design to direct spills to the back and bottom. Doors are equipped with full-length piano hinges, a recessed paddle handle with a cylinder lock, and a padlockable latch for security. A stainless steel 3-point self-latching system ensures positive door locking, while a built-in grounding connector and adjustable leveling feet accommodate uneven floors. The durable powder coat finish includes a Haz-Alert trilingual reflective warning label for high visibility. This flammable cabinet complies with the National Fire Protection Association flammable combustible liquid code #30 and OSHA standard 1910.106 for flammable storage of Class 1, 2, and 3 liquids. The self-close feature includes a fusible link melting at 165°F, releasing the closing mechanism during a fire, and utilizes a concealed self-close mechanism. The product comes with a 10-year limited warranty.
