The JUSTRITE® flammable safety cabinet is a compact storage solution with a 12 gallon capacity, designed to safely store flammable liquids in minimal space. Constructed from double-walled 18-gauge all-welded steel with a 1 1/2" insulating air space, it features dual 2" vents for connection to an exhaust system and a 2" deep leak-proof doorsill. The 350 lb galvanized steel shelf is adjustable in 3" increments and has a spillslope design to direct spills to the back and bottom of the cabinet. The door includes full-length piano hinges, a recessed paddle handle with a cylinder lock, and a padlockable latch, secured by a stainless steel 3-point self-latching system for positive locking. The cabinet also incorporates a built-in grounding connector, adjustable leveling feet for uneven floors, and a durable powder coat finish with a Haz-Alert trilingual reflective warning label for high visibility. It complies with the National Fire Protection Association flammable and combustible liquid code #30, OSHA standard 1910.106 for flammable storage of Class 1, 2, and 3 liquids, and is FM approved. The self-close mechanism includes a concealed fusible link that melts at 165°F to release the closing mechanism in case of fire. The product carries a 10 year limited warranty.
