The Orbis recycled attached lid distribution container is an eco-friendly shipping container made from 100% recyclable plastic material, designed to protect contents during picking, assembly, processing, storage, and distribution applications. It is suitable for use in pharmaceutical, produce, poultry, automotive, apparel, and electronics environments. The container features lids with full-length metal piano hinges that are structurally reinforced for strength, and the lids interlock with integral hasps that accept cable ties for security (cable ties sold separately). Stacking tabs on the lids enable secure stacking when closed, while the container nests when open for compact storage and reduced return costs. It is reusable for up to 250 trips and includes protected areas for labeling and RFID tags. The distribution container is equipped with grip handles for easy lifting and offers reliable performance with its durable construction.
