The Orbis recycled attached lid distribution container is an eco-friendly shipping container made from 100% recyclable plastic material, designed to protect contents during picking, assembly, processing, storage, and distribution. It is suitable for various environments including pharmaceutical, produce, poultry, automotive, apparel, and electronics industries. The container features attached lids with full-length metal piano hinges and structural reinforcement for added strength. The lids interlock and include integral hasps that accept cable ties (sold separately) for security, while stacking tabs on the lids allow secure stacking when closed. When open, the containers nest for compact storage and reduced return costs. They are reusable for up to 250 trips and incorporate protected areas for labeling and RFID tags. The distribution container also includes grip handles for easy lifting.
