The bulk condo tenant storage locker provides secure storage suitable for apartments, condos, hotels, hospitals, military, government, and business tenants, making it ideal for securing residents' personal items in multi-family building common storage areas while eliminating clutter and allowing proper aisle space. This all-steel locker features easy installation, maximum security, and strength with ventilation that permits light, air, and sprinkler penetration. Constructed with 1/2" x 16 gauge flattened expanded metal doors and sides, the locker incorporates heavy gauge vertical frame channels and horizontal frame angles for added reinforcement. The doors include welded braces, heavy duty 13 gauge 7-knuckle hinges, a welded padlockable hasp (lock sold separately), and an ergonomic door pull for security. A 13" transom above the doors provides additional overhead space. Finished with a silver powder coat, the locker is designed to be easily wall mounted, eliminating the need for a back panel (hardware not included). The product carries a 2 year limited warranty and is made in the USA.
