The bulk condo tenant storage locker provides secure storage for a variety of facilities including apartments, condos, hotels, hospitals, military, government, and business tenants, making it an ideal solution to secure residents' personal items in multi-family building common storage areas while eliminating clutter and allowing proper aisle space. This all-steel storage locker is designed for easy installation and maximum security and strength, featuring ventilated construction that permits light, air, and sprinkler penetration. The locker is constructed with 1/2" x 16 gauge flattened expanded metal doors and sides, reinforced by heavy gauge vertical frame channels and horizontal frame angles. The doors include welded braces and heavy-duty 13 gauge, 7-knuckle hinges for enhanced durability, along with a welded padlockable hasp (lock sold separately) and an ergonomic door pull for security and ease of use. A 13" transom on top of the doors provides additional overhead space, and the locker has a silver powder coat finish. It is designed for easy wall mounting to eliminate the need for a locker back panel, although hardware is not included. The product comes with a 2 year limited warranty and is made in the USA.
