The bulk condo tenant storage locker provides secure storage for facilities such as apartments, condos, hotels, hospitals, military, government, and business tenants, offering an ideal solution for securing residents' personal items in multi-family building common storage areas while eliminating clutter and allowing proper aisle space. The all-steel storage locker, made from 1/2" x 16 gauge flattened expanded metal doors and sides, features heavy gauge vertical frame channels and horizontal frame angles for extra reinforcement. Doors include a welded brace, heavy-duty 13 gauge 7-knuckle hinges, a welded padlockable hasp (lock sold separately), and an ergonomic door pull for enhanced security. A 13" transom above the doors provides added overhead space, and a 22 gauge steel shelf separates the locker compartments. The locker is ventilated to allow light, air, and sprinkler penetration, comes with a silver powder coat finish, and is easily wall-mounted to eliminate the need for a back panel (hardware not included). The product is made in the USA and comes with a 2-year limited warranty.
